Bootcamp Day 4 - Woo Hoo!

I'm on a roll here. I have completed bootcamp day 4!
Today's video was much more challenging than I had expected and I feel like quite a klutz on the stability ball, but I have managed to keep up by following the suggested modifications.
I am also having fun with my treadmill. I'm slowly getting to know the different settings and I'm not as intimidated as I used to be by the thought of running. Today I completed a 30 minute walk/jog interval program without needing to stop or slow down like I did the first couple of times I attempted to do it. Yay!
This afternoon I put together a couple of fun cardio workout playlists on my iPod and it had definitely put some extra pep in my step.
Overall, I'd say that January is off to a good start. If I can keep building on this momentum I'll be running along on my treadmill in no time!
