I had to take a couple of days off. I had a minor flare up of my crohn's. So for the last 2 days it's been "regroup mode." Today i was able to get back on the wii fit and I had a goal to hit 300 calories. I did a combo of super hulahoop, free step, island cycling, and boxing for 68 minutes and ended up with 358 calories burnt. Yay. i'm hoping to feel good enough tomorrow to get back to my kickboxing workout.
