3. Black eye peas, rice, cabbage, and yogurt
4. Tuna sandwich (can of tuna in olive oil, tomato, and laughing cow on wheat)
5. Chocolate pudding

1. Coffee w/vanilla latte and skim
2. Yoplus yogurt
3. Black eye peas, rice,cabbage, and yogurt
4. More coffee w/vanilla latte creamer and skim
5. Vegetable curry, basmati rice, french bread, and yogurt
