lesson learned

Wow!
The idea that this is a lifetime program which I have to commit to each day really hit home yesterday (Not for the first time though). I had a slip up - no big deal - I just commit to eating correctly today. I need to continue to order my environment so that it is easier for me to stick to my plan and work on personal issues with thought, journalling, talking, blogging etc and or facing them head on. Just blogging this to make myself accountable to myself. Probably boring to everyone else. Sorry but I feel I need to use all the tools available. I have come so far physically that I am determind to keep it. Best wishes for the new year to everyone
