Losing Motivation Already?!

2009- I lost 40lbs by making sure to exercise at least 3 times a week.
2010- I need to address the real problem; my food addiction.
Today- Losing motivation to work out! I just need to remember to take this day by day. I can't focus on the overall because it seems overwhelming, but I can control my actions for today. emoticon emoticon

    Thanks for the pep talk! I went to the library this morning and got some new workout videos to try to take away the boredom!

    Come on think you exercised all of 2009 right? That's a WHOLE year! If you can do it for a year you can definitely keep on keeping on! Try something different for a work out like dancing to some various tunes, or jump roping at your house, there are so many possibilities! YOU CAN DO IT! :) emoticon
