So far so good

Except for not having the Wii over the weekend and having too much snow to go outside in Williamstown, the new year has been good so far, healthwise. I have lost almost 3 pounds this week and made time for exercise two days in a row - a real feat for me.

Monday I did the Wii Fit Plus and the stationary bike for over 30 minutes...today I DDR'd for 40 minutes and then was only planning on doing the body test on the Wii Fit. But, once I was there, I decided to do a couple of the balance games, which then led to doing the "Leaner Mii" routine. Can't seem to get a handle on how to steer the bike in the island cycling, though!! It should be easy but the bike doesn't seem to respond to the wiimote. I ended up deliberately driving off a cliff hoping that the program would put me back on the road and headed the right way! emoticon Gave me a lot more exercise than I had planned....

As long as I can mix it up, I don't think I will get bored...and I only have to work for about an hour tomorrow. Woohoo!
