YAY! I made it to the GYM!

The plan this morning was to hit the gym at my apartment complex before 5:00. YAY! I did it! All I wanted was to get on the bike for 30 minutes and get in my cardio workout and I did! Can you tell I'm excited?

I rode moderately for 30 minutes and hobbled off. My legs were kind of tingly but, nothing hurt. YAY ME! The bike said I rode about 3 miles and burned almost 140 calories. I think that is pretty good considering how long it's been since I rode.

OKay,now I know I can get it done. Everyday? That needs to be seen. Tomorrow is my birthday and the girls want to take me out. OH OH....I hope it isn't a buffet. LOL...so, it looks like I won't make it to the gym tomorrow. I wil have to figure something out. Any suggestions?
