Day 3 - Pushing Through

I didn't feel that well today, but I managed to push through and get the Bootcamp challenge video + the bonus closed arm wall pushups + 30 min of cardio in! I'm pretty proud of myself! Aaron (my partner) is sick with the flu and I felt really achy and gross this morning, but was committed to sticking to my goals for the day and still managed to take care of him as well.

I did a bellydancing cardio workout for my cardio thinking it would be low-impact, but it wasn't that "authentic" cause it had salsa moves and relied heavily on grapevines and lunges. It was more fast-paced than I expected, but I worked up a good sweat and stretched really well and feel a lot better than I did earlier today.
