Took a few days, but I am now firmly back on track. Yay!

I'm trying to plan the day's food out either first thing in the morning, or before I go to bed the night before. It gives me a chance to make sure I'm within my calorie range. I don't always stick to the plan, but when I go off it, I try to substitute with something of equal value. This has been working well for me.

I had to flip-flop some of my fitness days about. I was supposed to do cardio on Monday, but I was just too TIRED to set up the Playstation for DDR or Groove, or find a DVD and put it in. So I did strength/flexibility exercises instead, because I can just jump up and do them. Cardio was last night, which went well, but loooooong. I've been following DDR's calorie count, but I think I might check some other resources to see if it's correct, because it can take me 45-60 minutes to reach 315 calories burned. Ugh. Maybe what I'll do is start counting in the bits of exercise I get during the day, like walking back and forth to the printer or climbing stairs.

I felt stronger this morning when I got up. :D That's going to motivate me to continue the exercise! I'm having problems with an upset stomach, though. :( I think it's a side effect of my medications, though I'm not sure; I'll discuss it with my doctor when I see her next.
