So this weekend I didn't eat the best, but I have been working my butt off exercising. I have been very good about getting in my workouts and reaching my goal of burning calories.
I am also making sure that I am tracking everything that I am eating even though I know I am over eating.
I love the new year because it means a whole new clean slate to start from. Whatever you did last year, you can change it this year. I have set up a lot of goals this year that I want to accomplish and none of them have to do with my weight! For the first time in a long time I am only setting a to remain healthy and live a healthy life. I don't want to stress about getting down to my goal weight or really about weight in general. I know that if I eat right and exercise the wegiht will fall off by itself.
