I am using my juicer every morning! Delicious way to sneak in some freggies!
I also purchased 2 new workout DVDs. One is by Jackie Warner which has short 15 minute workouts which you can choose from upper body, lower body or full body workouts. It's an easy way to get my body moving first thing in the morning. I hope to look like her someday! lol! The other one is an 8 week plan by Bob Harper (Oprahs training) which moves at a slower pace to start. I only did week one so far. But both DVDs are great! They each come with workout plans and meal plans to help you lose weight!
My plan is to build some muscle to help burn some of this muffin top!
