Sometimes I just can't get all the nutritional information on a product. For instance, soya patties. I had these soya patties for dinner tonight, and while I know the calorie content, I don't know anything else about them. I suppose I'm lucky to live in New York City, where every chain food restaurant has to post the calorie content of each item on the menu. Still, when I did my nutritional report it says that missed my protein goal - because it LOOKS like I didn't have any protein at dinner. While I know that probably isn't true, there's still this feeling of, "darn!" I guess I will just have to accept that this food tracking thing isn't perfect.

Did you cook the soya patties at home? Was the information on the container/box they came in if you did?
I think it's good that restaurants have to post nutritional info. I wish more of them did here in Ohio.
I usually miss my carb goal and have decided not to worry about it. I did some research and found out that I was getting enough, although not as much as recommended. You could do the same for protein, just to ease your mind. I wouldn't worry about it on the tracker as long as you know you got enough!
