Monday Workout Blahs!!

Today was actually a really great day mood wise. But very...laggy in other parts...
Things that I did good today...
-I ate breakfast
-I woke up early
-I wore an actual coat
-I got ALMOST all my water. 7 glasses!!
-I drank a glass of water right when I woke up!
-I did lots of stairs at work today
-I did 18 minutes on the elliptical!
-I did 18 minutes on #2 resistance!
Things that need improvement...
-yea I did do 18 minutes on the elliptical, but I JUST finished and its 10:03....I need to get it done earlier but I just didn't. No excuses right? I just didn't.
-I need 8 glasses of water, not 7.
-I could wake up a little earlier
-that way I remember to pack snacks
-and a healthier lunch
-I could do 20 minutes on the elliptical
-I could do 20 minutes at a #2 resistance
Today I am grateful for my elliptical. It challenges me and its a fairly expensive one. I'm very lucky to have gotten it for free. I love it. I'm also grateful to have my wellness coordinator at work, Nicki. She's one of my biggest cheerleaders. And lastly, I'm grateful for the Biggest Losers new season tomorrow night!! Hooray!!
llly didn't want to work out today. I seriously contemplated skipping it and giving myself the day off. Day off from what? My week and a half vacation? I missed that darn elliptical, so I'm going to use it! That and I knew I would feel shameful if I didn't log any cardio minutes today. My butt got on there and did 18 minutes at level 2. That is new and challenging considering I've only been doing 15-20 on level 1 resistance. Woo!! That AND I HAVE been on vacay =] So I'm proud I could go that long! I also pushed myself to eat breakfast and drink water.
Oh and we had a tilapia fillet with a side of steamed garden veggies on brown rice. So freaking good. I took a picture. I'll post it tomorrow =]
