Feeling Guilty

I have completely blown today unless I manage to workout before I go to bed which is doubtful at this time. I can't seem to get my food choices or portions right to get within my ranges. Either it is way to low like yesterday or why to high like today. Either I over analysis and don't eat enough or I indulge and eat to much. I guess I just have to get in the right frame of mind.
Also, today I haven't worked out at all b/c my hubby is home and using the living room the Wii is in, but really b/c I feel so bad. I got rid of the cold but my head is bad today. I had to go apply for two jobs and for one I had to take a typing test. I am very good at it, but it stressed me out anyways and made my head hurt worse. My hubby is still watching a movie and I've been laying down, so cross your fingers maybe my head will let up I can get at least 15 minutes or something in before I go to bed. If anyone is reading this or at least to remind myself I set a goal to lose 5 pounds this month. emoticon
