+ got up WITHOUT hitting snooze (prob scored me extra 1/2 hr of uninterrupted sleep - yes..I usually hit it that many times!)
+ back to work: started walking at lunch and encouraged 2 others to come with me :) today: 20 min (and the one lady who came was POWER walking...I almost had to jog to keep up...a good thing!)
+ made appt w/ nutritionist for 1/19/10 - see earlier post

-gym canceled all 4:30pm group x classes and I go straight from TICKED
-prob wrong approach....feel the need to "use up" my diet sodas and lean cuisines bc I HATE HATE HATE wasting food/$ and eating it for an extra week is not the end of the world...but when it's gone...I'M DONNNNNNE!!!
