Breakfast: raisan bran and skim milk
Snack: big red delicious apple
Lunch: black-eye peas, rice, cabbage, yogurt
That's it so far. It's 3:41. I will go pick up Mitchell in a few minutes.
8:15pm. I couldn't get through Jillian Michaels NMTZ workout. I am terribly sore from doing 30 min shred yesterday and Sun. Mitchell kindly made some juice with the juicer - apple orange carrot. He's such a dear boy. I think he feels sorry for me.
9pm: Dinner was a salad (salad mix, shredded cabbage, 1T feta, 1T bacon pieces, 5 croutons, light ranch)
