Boot Camp Day two

So far, so good. I really like this video and have done it before, so I enjoyed today's assignment. I am riding a stationary bike for my additional 30 minutes. Somehow, the discipline of doing something prescribed keeps me more diciplined about my eating, too. Here's to boot camp!
