Woo Hoo!!!

Monday, January 04, 2010

I just purchased my first Leslie Sansone DVD and I am so excited. I am planning on popping this into the DVD player as soon as I get home. I purchased the Walk Off the Pounds Ultimate Collection Edition. It has 4 workouts in one. I was told about it because since I can't get out as much to do my walk/run I will be able to do it at home with this DVD. I also purchased some 8 pound weights and bought a fabulous step by step workout book from Barnes and Noble that I got 20 % off on. I am addicted and I can't seem to stop. I am starting to live and breath working out. My hubby is supportive but I know he sometimes wants me to just shut up about it. I CAN'T !!!. I will let you know about my progress and how good the DVD is. TTYL>. WOO HOO!!!!

Good for you, Monique...Some of those WATP kick my butt, which is a good thing, I really like the ones that use the stretchy bands. I did a WATP on Sunday with stretchy bands and a 2 mile walk, and my arms are sore today...so that is good.
Can't wait to hear your progress...

If this is your first experience with her...you will absolutely love it! It's a definite workout and you'll have options to stop and different miles if you want. She is very uplifting and motivating. I hope you enjoy it!
