I'm so tired it hurts

Yeah I'm going to complain a little bit. I really can't believe how tired I am. And generally my mood sucks.

I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. I have a bunch of things I want addressed, including my weight, my mood, my exhaustion... Hopefully he will have some answers. I'm proud of myself for getting into see him.

AND wtf is up with SP not having ANYTHING on exhaustion/fatigue? The only real article that comes up has to do with holiday fatigue. Um. I'm tired all the time, not just during the holidays. Can we have some real info on this subject? Did the search engine just fail me today? Am I that tired that I can't do a little research?
