My SparkPeople's Official Spark Your Body Bootcamp Start:

Starting stats:
Weight: 58.4 kg – 128.7 lbs
Waist, slimmest girth: 67.5 cm
Waist over belly button: 71.2 cm
Hips: 88.2 cm
Right thigh, thickest girth: 53.8 cm
Left thigh, thickest girth: 52.5 cm

My goals for the month:
Do 1 Bootcamp video/day
Do at least 30 min cardio each day
Strength training 3 times/week
Weight: 57 kg (original goal weight) – 125.7 lbs
Smaller measurements emoticon.

I hope to get new ideas, more consistency and energy for exercising through Bootcamp and to speed up my metabolism and weight loss. Doing new things is refreshing!
