Ok so b 4 i close my eyes i wanted to put my goals for the day on paper so i could see them and be held accountable!!!!
1. STUDY MY BIBLE/SAY MY PRAYERS BEFORE I BEGIN MY DAY
2. Make sure i eat ALL my meals for the day
65% of the time i don't
3. Go to the gym for my cardio
4. drink my 64 plus ozs of water
5. HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE ALL DAY
6. make sure i pack something to eat/snack on while at work
7. call the bulk trash people
ok so here it is shouldnt be to hard as long i dont get side tracked with kids first thing in the morning since there FINALLY GOING BACK TO SCHOOL...YEAH! Yeah! Yeah!.....LOL!
