First blog entry, kinda nerve-wrackin' !!

Okay, so here we are, the first couple days of the new year are history already. I've done well with nutrition and water, just exercise has seemed to elude me once again. However, I did sweep the snow off the entire sidewalk and stairs at church this morning. So, that should count for something, by golly! emoticon I have to weigh on Thursday with my coach, I've been down 12 pounds but only down 10 now. (I refuse to admit I gained 2 lbs...) So, by Thursday I should be able to get that back off with the Spark Booty Camp and the Nordic Track that threatens to hurt me bad if I don't get the hang of it soon. Who would have thought it would be this hard to master!!??!!

    Way to go on getting your first blog going :) Nice to hear the encouragements, huh? :) You're doing something and that is what matters. You crack me up you called it Booty Camp! Hehehe!! I thought it started tomorrow, so was doing my 10 minute video for it at 830 last night before my shower. I soo didnt feel like it, but I was determined not to mess it up on the first day.

    I think you'll get the nordic track down if ya keep trying- you have rhythm, you'll pull it off. You know I've read how dancing is a good exercise, you could groove your way into exercise :) Have a good day at work!! emoticon

    Don't let that gain throw you - we all do that - and we all overcome it! I had a struggle with regaining, and I let it overwhelm me instead of calmly moving forward with my plan. I almost quit because of it, but finally came to my senses.
    Accept that it happened, you are dealing with it, and move on.
    Good luck with the Boot Camp (you're braver than me) and your Nordic Track!
