First Day of Boot Camp

Feeling rather productive and inspired today, which is always good. I picked up some fitness equipment: a balance ball, a medicine ball, some resistance bands, and a jump rope. Cleaned out my work locker and car and got rid of all the junk food and replaced all the junk with healthy snacks.
Despite my depressing BEFORE pics, I'm totally ready to do this! My partner and my friends has been really supportive of the idea of me losing weight, which helps.
I would write more, but I'm running out of steam. All the errands plus 8 hours of work, an organizing meeting in the am, and then working out has me wanting to relax. The workout kicked my ass, which made me realize how out of shape I am. I thought, 10 minutes ain't nothing and tried to stay high intensity but it just wasn't happening.
Oh well, gotta start somewhere, right?
Woah, I finished. Yeah!
