What a freaken awesome day! Chilled most of the day with my kiddos, kept sort of well to my diet, had some good thinking time, AND got my workout in!

I not only did 40 minutes of cardio on my Wii Fit Plus, but I also did the ten minute crazy cardio work out for the boot camp. I mostly stayed at the lowest level but was able to do the moderate level too. I probably would have been able to do more had I been wearing any kind of bra (duh?). As small as my boobs are they were full of milk and flopping all over the place!

I'm also proud of myself for trying the running game on Wii Fit. I just don't run. I want to but I have no endurance and I always get WAY out of breath. So I've been avoiding those games. I was trying to get a full 30 minutes on my Wii before I did the spark cardio video (I was also waiting for it to download). When I thought I was done with my Wii I saw I only had 29 minutes in and that just wouldn't do. So I tried the beginners running game. Not bad. I like that it starts you out slow, then speeds up a little and then slows down towards the end (though I had to keep myself from running the other Mii in front of me over). I was very excited that I ran the whole distance (floppy boobs and all). So I'll keep at that and maybe eventually try running outside! (gasp!)

Just feel good all over! I have a half an hour of reading I'm going to get in so my body can calm itself down and then it's time to hit the hay!
