Ready to WIN IN 2010

The start of a new calendar year and a chance to improve on my healthy eating habits and exercise. As I started the Boot Camp Challenge, I thought about where I was this time last year...40 pounds heavier and a lot more unhealthy than I am now. I'm no where NEAR where I want to be, but I am proud of the progress I have made since January 13, 2009.
So, for this 28 day challenge, I'm concentrating on loosing 4 pounds (that's a pound a week!) and increasing cardio and strength training. Due to surgery on December 11, 2009, I had to stop all cardio and strength training. I still have not been released 100%, so I will have to modify the Boot Camp challenges to meet my needs. I will modify these challenges in stead of saying "Oh well, I can't do these like they are 'supposed' to be done, so I won't do them at all". That is also a change from where I was a year ago.
I've come a long way and I'm ready to continue this journey!
