So proud of myself today! Met all my goals. I'm concerned I won't be able to keep it up once school starts again tomorrow. I guess I just have to keep my weight loss as my top priority. I deserve to feel good about my body. Through many times of trying to lose weight, I realize I lose focus if it is not in my mind all the time. So my goal for the next week is to be prepared at all times. I need to take extra food to school for those times I stay late so I won't be tempted with Dairy Queen.

    Definitely pack yourself a lot of healthy foods, for while you're at school. I always do so when I'm working, and I even pack 'extra' just in case I don't get home in time for my (tummy's) scheduled dinner time. This also helps to avoid any temptations, of the sweet kind, that might be floating around the office! emoticon
