Bootcamp: Day 1

All righty roo...I went ahead and did the bootcamp video for today. It was (in some ways) easier than I expected to get hopping, but in other ways it was more difficult. lol, like not accounting for making the things on top of the dresser rattle as I was jumping around. I was trying to be a bit stealthy while I was working out. I'm still not comfortable with my family watching me workout at home. It's a little awkward.

I ended up having to cut back a bit because my left ankle started giving me some pain (just a brief stab every once in awhile), and there is no way on God's green earth I'm going to be hopping around on one foot just yet. But, I made it through the workout and my ankle isn't bugging me at all right now. So, we're good to go!

As far as the bonus activity, I posted my measurements on Friday (January 1), so those are the measurements I'm going with for the start of this 28-day challenge.

On to preview day 2's video, visit some boards, and in general dink around!
