Day ONE of Bootcamp!

I have just finished my first bootcamp workout along with my regular workout. I really enjoyed it. It has been a long time since I was in a regular fitness routine. It has been nearly two years since I made myself-and my health-a priority. I was healthy and looked after myself as I was breast feeding, but my main priority then was my baby. By the end of this month, I hope to be able to do the whole workout without any modifications-though if it takes a bit longer that will be okay-as long as that day comes. My husband had a go after I finished (he is a regular exerciser and runner) and he even felt challenged. So, it will be a great fealing for me when I can do it beginning to end at the highest intensity. I would like to get to my goal weight by the end of this year. 53 pounds to go!
