New Year's Revolution

A blog I love to read used Revolution instead of Resolution. I like it. I do have some specific fitness resolutions for this year:
*Yoga at least 2x a week (I teach 2-3 classes in addition to this home practice goal)
*Cardio 3x a week (going to try to get a plan in place to eventually be able to run again without reinjuring my knee. Will start with walking the dog in addition to my workout videos... also dusting off the treadmill)
*Kettlebells 2x a week (yeah, that is not much, but I am shooting for do-able!)
*Logging my food (blah, blah, blah - I hate this part but it is really important. Gotta get back to it. I am going old school for now - pencil and paper).
Now for REVOLUTION...
The top list will be easier!
