My Wii and me

Sunday, January 03, 2010

This is day three of me starting to lose weight again. I have done nothing but worked out on my Wii with my Wii Fit Plus game for a little over an hour through out the day every day. The first two days it said I gained and then this morning it said I lost 2.2 lbs. I am so excited but at the same time I know your weight goes up and down every day. I worked out on it for 15 minutes afterward and the whole time I was happy it showed I lost weight then at the same time I was like no it can't be true, kind of like beating myself up over it. How crazy is that? If it is true it will just keep going down and if it isn't I will just have to work harder. Does anyone else analysis their weight everyday on the Wii or do they just weigh once a week? emoticon

I agree with LIZBETH. I have a wii as well, and I started using the new wii fit plus a little over a week ago, and I have only weighed myself once.

Im not one to talk, because when I used to go to the gym every day, I would weigh myself everyday as well. It was a freaking obsession for me, but I know its better to stick to once a week.

My husband is crazy, he thinks you should only weigh yourself once a month, but thats just too little because then if your gaining or not doing something right, then you wont know soon enough to correct your program :)

What are your favorite wii fit games? I really like the advanced step, lotus focus, the kung- fu one, and the bicycle ones just to name a few.

I try to make sure I weigh myself on the same day at the same time once a week. I have found it to be more accurate this way and less discouraging for me.
