Bootcamp day 1

I just finished day One Bootcamp video. I had to do the lowest impact of all the exercises, with just a few seconds of higher impact a few times. Man, I'm out of shape! I forgot how to use some of those thigh muscles! It went by quick, though. I hope I remember to make myself keep going!

    Great job! I know the feeling but I'm having problems with the videos. They do not show up on my computer. Any suggestions?? emoticon
