I was able to get out of bed!

Very sore in the pecs and delts from all the pushups but not terrible. I did 30 minutes of rhythmic boxing and island cycling on the Wii and then 34 minutes of yoga. That helped some. I have hope of being able to handle doing The Pit again tomorrow.

On the eating front, I'm not doing a whole lot with that yet. I've been starving since i ramped up my workout, especially for protein. I'll deal with the eating in a week or so when I'm a bit more used to this routine.

    Great job! Keep up the effort, even if you are not counting or tracking food, you can still do little things like eating some protein at each meal or make a vegetable at least one meal. One step at a time!

    Sounds like quite the workout lately for you! I'm thankful just to get 20-30 minutes on the treadmill with some strength resistance thrown in.
