I was able to get out of bed!

Very sore in the pecs and delts from all the pushups but not terrible. I did 30 minutes of rhythmic boxing and island cycling on the Wii and then 34 minutes of yoga. That helped some. I have hope of being able to handle doing The Pit again tomorrow.
On the eating front, I'm not doing a whole lot with that yet. I've been starving since i ramped up my workout, especially for protein. I'll deal with the eating in a week or so when I'm a bit more used to this routine.
