Yesterday I had NO appetite?

Saturday, January 02, 2010

Weird thing happened on New Year's day. First of all, I never went to sleep. I was in bed. watching TV and messing around with my laptop. Around 2ish I decided I wanted the appetizers I bought. I've had them before they are ham and cheese in a pastry puff. Between the time I put them in the oven and the time they were ready I lost my appetite. The smell of them was turning my stomach so I stuck them in the frig.

I literally had to force myself to have some milk for lunch and dinner.

I don't know what was up with me yesterday but I am fine today. I had a bowl of Raisin Bran for breakfast.

Yeah I'm hungry much of the time myself. In addition there are very few foods I dislike. I guess better stated I should say I love most foods. Unfortunately. Of course I can do with out some of that exotic stuff they show on the food channel that includes grubs, other insects, and the like. I never am that hungry. lol

It is a truly RARE day when I have no appetite. It is usual that I am always hungry!

I'm glad you're not ill and that it was a one day occurrence. Thinking of my recent two weeks I of course think everything is hormonal. My hormones put me to sleep and make me want to eat. Maybe your hormones keep you up and suppress your hunger? I'll trade you emoticon

Glad to hear you are well today. And, I think it can be a blessing when our bodies speak loud and clear to our minds, so we don't eat when we are NOT really hungry. What a wonderful way to start your New Year. With good healthy messages from within. A great sign of good things to come to you in 2010.

This is the same thing I went through, I think our bodies are trying to tell us that we are not hungry all the time! It's mostly in our minds!
