New Years Goals

I've decided not to have any "New Year's Resolutions" this year. I've made so many over my life and given them up before Valentine's Day and then been down on myself that I thought I'd try something different this year.
I think it was in Walt Disney's "Pinnochio" where Jiminy Cricket sings "a wish is a dream your heart makes". I'm not going to be doing much dreaming this year.
My goals are very realistic, but based on past years, they will require me to "stretch to reach them.
I have a single goal this year, It is simply:
I will strive to lose one pound per month, every month, and reach 185 pounds by December 31st of this year. I will do this by:
A. Exercising six days every week.
B. Doing a minimum of 10 minutes of cardio three times a week.
C. Review my Nutrition Goals and ensure I am eating properly to meet my goal by the end of the year.
I will post the results of my goal achievements every month so that my friends can see where I am in relation to the goals and to kick me in the but or pat me on the back, as I deserve.
