New Year, New Me!

Ok, so following trends i've seen on other blogs, i'm going to post my goals for the year and then as i reach them i'll mark them done and set new ones!

1. Reach my Goal weight of 125 by June 2010
2. Fit a size 12 pant
3. increase and maintain my water intake to the proper amounts daily
4. exercise 5-6 times a week
5. Do 1 piece of art work a week
6. Daily Tarot card draws
7. Maintain my goal weight once reached

my rewards for reaching these goals will be a new wardrobe (piece by piece as i don't forsee being able to do it all at once), A new deck of tarot cards, Joy of creating art again (its my happy place ^_^ ), and healthier self image/self esteem.

i'm well on my way to reaching most of these goals. and as promised (which i almost never do) to a friend, come summer time i will buy a new swim suit and wear it at the beach..with LOTS OF SUNBLOCK of course ;) this is our ultimate goal this year. beyond reaching goal weights and just weight lost in general.

Tomorrow will be a fun albeit grueling day, with another friend whom has agreed to be a personal trainer for us once a week to really rev up our bodies to reach our goals more efficiently. so YAY!

Happy 2010! I am very optimistic that i will reach all my goals this year!
