I'm Back!! And Ready to Roll!!

Friday, January 01, 2010

Here we are -- the beginning of another new year. Fresh slate! My little hiatus is over and I'm ready to dedicate myself to becoming healthy again.

I am tired of feeling sluggish and stiff, of being tired and crabby, of feeling gross in my clothes, and of totally neglecting ME!! It seems like every facet of my life screams for attention all the time. It's time for it to STOP!! It's time for me to take control of my life, of my time and of my health!! It's time for me to uncover the person that I know is hiding under all this FAT!!

I Promise to exercise daily.
I Promise to eat healthy food.
I Promise to stop putting food in my mouth just because it's sitting there.
I Promise to work the hours I'm supposed to work and leave work at the office.
I Promise to spend my time wisely so I can have time for me.

This year will be the year I do it!! My daughter graduates from college in May and I want to feel good about myself. I know I can do this!! I'm back to stay!!
