Spark Your Body Bootcamp starting stats

It's Jan. 1 and bootcamp starts on the 3rd. Starting stats are--
Goal for the month regarding stats- down 4-5 lbs and 1-2 inches. this is only 1 lb a week and is totally doable as long as I stay focused.
I'm also reading "The Spark" and want to use the bootcamp as a jumpstart with the 28 day program, possibly concurrently, depending on my available time.
