Here's to good friends

To all the friends here on Spark, you make my day! It doesn't matter how I am feeling, you are there. With help, hope, and sometimes a swift kick. I have had a good year and a bad. Lost some people who I have loved my whole life, and met a goal of going below 200. The good and the bad, we all have to deal with it. Thru it all, have been my Spark family. You listen when no one else hears, are here with a click of the mouse, and you give the best advice.

A team I am on is starting a challenge for the new year. It is MARLAS' MIRACLE AND IS SET UP TO HELP OUR DEAR FRIEND LOSE WEIGHT SO SHE CAN HAVE A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT. She didn't ask us to do this. We are doing it because she means so much to all of us and we want her to live long. In the process , we will also help ourselves ,so it is a win win situation. There will be no try this time. We will do this! I heard someone say yesterday that to say you are going to TRY and lose weight, is already setting yourself up to fail. I don't know if that is true, but there will be no try , just DO!
