This year my goal was to Feel Better. (Goal MET! Yay me!)
In 2010, my overall goal is to FEEL GREAT!!!
-------Healthy Lifestyle Goals-------
Reach and MAINTAIN my goal weight of 150 lbs.
Run a 5K all the way through at a 10 minute mile pace. (Earth Day 5K on April 24th --> www.earthday5kchicago.co
Run my first 10K.
Do the splits!
Try a new recipe each week.
Write a short story once a month.
Visit another country.
Set short-term monthly goals to slowly improve various areas of my life.
Cut out Alcohol for the month with the exception of New Year’s Eve.
1,500 minutes of fitness.
Complete Weeks 3 – 5 of C25K—giving myself room to repeat a week if needed.
Try 4 new recipes.
Clean Out my Spice Drawer, and Replace Expired Ingredients (I just realized that some of my spices are over 5 years old…. DISGUSTING!)
Write my first short story.
Get out of the 160’s!!!
