Day 2 and I Binged :(

Binged on Nilla Wafers and Peanut Butter.

What went wrong:
The String Cheese was actually a midnight snack from the night before.
Gingerbread House was bad choice.
Woke up at 4 am, so day was longer for me, resulting in more hunger.
Met calorie limit by 6 pm, and felt like a failure after still freeling hungry, so just threw the whole day in the trash by binging.

Total calories for the day 2100.

    At least you tracked what you ate! I didn't look at your food log, but I do better when I make sure I get my water in and eat a minimum of 5 fruits and veggies a day. Also concentrate on getting protein, it will stay with you longer.

    Poor thing! Are you still drinking your water? You know you can have back to back to back protein shakes filled with fruits, etc. if need be until your pouch is pooched! Be strong Cheri! emoticon

    stay focused, get back on track and do NOT beat yourself up over this. Remember the more you focus on your failure the more you feel like a failure. Focus on what you are doing right, acknowledge the lapse and course correct.

    The important thing here is not to let one day get you down. Don't beat yourself up and simply move on - I know it was only day two but it's about a lifestyle change and in the grand scheme of things, one day doesn't make a massive difference.
