Portion control is hard!

I worked today, and had a late lunch. So I was very hungery when I ate. And I'm a fast eater. Bad combination! I ate two servings of the creamy chicken curry on pita bread. Everything added up to 600 calories! Yikes!
But I have dinner planned out, so I won't be over for calories today. Eating right sure does get harder when you work. But I have a plan, healthy snack in car to keep me from getting too hungery! But what snack? Any suggestions?
