It wasn't just a fluke.

Went to the gym again and I can still run! I upped my pace to 5.5mph. I was running 2 min. and walking 2 min. today.

It's cool, but I can already tell that I couldn't continue this activity in the long term. I really think my hip and knee will soon have a problem with it!

I won't be going tomorrow, but hopefully at least one more day.

We were supposed to go out on a long walk today, but since we were inside all day on the computer, we didn't realize how bloody cold it is!!

We got all dressed up for outside, went out and turned right around and decided to go to the gym instead! It's 10F but the windchill feels like -9F. That's too cold for me!! It's really blowing the snow around too, so difficult to walk.

In any case, I'm back home now with a nice hot coffee!!

Winter weather is so frustrating! I'm working up the courage to take on negative temps!
It's cool that you're running! But you're totally right, don't want to do anything that is painful for you! I was having knee trouble a few years ago and someone suggested to me to try the elliptical machine because it is lower impact. Dunno if you tried that, but might help!
    Keep up the great work!!

Yeah, don't go outside! As for the running, any pain is usually due to having the wrong kind of sneakers. Do you have a good pair? I hate running while I'm running but I get that high afterwards that makes me think it was the greatest thing ever and I can't wait to run again. Haha. Weird how that works!
