I've been gone for a while

Well, seeing as the background on my page is still Fall leaves, I can see I've been gone for too long. I'm thinking since October when I wrote the last blog.

So I've been way off track for a while now. No exercise, not eating right - nada. I've been putting the weight thing off for a long time. I guess I don't want to think about it. But not thinking about it has gotten me to where I am now. 183 lbs from 167 lbs. Nothing fits, just my fat clothes that were starting to fit me big. Ugh!!!! I need to seriously stop what I'm doing. I don't know what it's going to take to get my ass in gear. I was doing so well last year and then I hit this huge bump. It's like I don't like that my clothes aren't fitting, I don't like the way I feel or look, and yet I keep on stuffing my face and being lazy.

    HEY! i think a lot of it is cooler weather and HOLIDAYS.

    my hubs and i just decided 3 days ago that we're calling new years early, and starting fresh. since our wedding in october, we've both put on just a little bit of weight, and we're cutting it short NOW!

    16 pounds. that's what it is. and you are soooo much stronger than that 16 pounds.

    one day at a time, lady! you can do this again. last spring i was able to run almost 2 miles. now i'm back at a 1/4 of a mile.

    i think second chances are almost easier because you KNOW you can do the work it takes. and you can do it again.

    i'd wish you good luck, but all you need is you. and when that isn't enough, there are thousands of sparkers right with you.
