How'd I do?

Saturday, December 26, 2009

I did pretty well yesterday. I followed my plan and plated everything. I did graze the almonds and pistachios just a bit, but way less than I would've done without a plan.

Thinking of my blog and my Sparkfriends kept me accountable... I actually put the pistachios away because I was eating too many, and I didn't want to have to give a bad report!!

This morning we had home made oatmeal pancakes. They were delicious and I ate lots of them, but I didn't eat syrup, I had jam instead, which was definitely fewer calories.

Now I am planning to eat a low-cal supper and get back to my plans for the week till New Year's Eve when we go to party at a friend's place.

Generally, my Christmas visit with family was wonderful. I got a big surprise gift from my hubby... A Wii with Wii Sport and Wii Resort. That was the only exercise I got yesterday!!

oooooooo nice, nice gift enjoy your wii have fun
You did great with your eating. I had one pancake the other morning plain. I never put anything on them. I'm kind of weird like that.
Nuts are hard to stop you have very good will power.
I had three bites of cheesecake yesterday but the IBS still won the battle so now that is going on my list of what I can not eat. Doctor says to do that. Hubby and son had pizza tonight.. just smelling it made my tummy upset.
    I'm learning.
Happy to hear you had a great holiday. You will have fun on new years and it will be a great year Kat!! We can do it!! emoticon
