i will be better then the cookies (motivational pic)

My dream goal is for my stomach to look like hers!!!

emoticonChristmas cookies will NOT in any way, shape or form help further me down the road to amazing abs & greatest body potential.

Cookies might taste good & bring a minute of "happiness"...but it will later be followed by remorse & guilt.

A great body I am working hard for & didn't screw up will bring me genuine happiness for a lot longer..and will be followed by a sense of empowerment, accomplishment & maybe even a little self esteem that I was able to do it & resist.

Note to self: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not screw up your hard work tonight. It's just not worth it. I know you have it in you to be better than the cookies. (and there's 2 squares of 85% organic dark chocolate in my bag if needed as emergency lol)

I know you can do it - both the cookies and the abs!
However, if I could be so bold:
Your abs probably do look like that...if you laid on your back, with your arms hyper-extended over your head, and a lumber roll pushing them up from behind. A little bit of spray-on sweat for dramatic effect and you'd be ready to take that picture too.
Not trying to blow your motivation, much the opposite: look for motivation within you, not contrived pictures. You're better than those cookies and those abs! emoticon

Good Luck! Only about a week left of resisting holiday goodies for all of us.
