Today feels like Thursday....even my roommate thinks so. Personally, I don't care what day it is because this girl doesn't have to go to work tomorrow!!!

I still have to get up before the rooster to catch my flight. Hopefully the weather holds out, especially in Chicago...I don't want to get stuck in Chicago....

Work was good
Nutrition was not so good
Fitness was good =]

I had some string cheese for breakfast and a little dry cereal. I woke up today to find my bagels had gone south for the winter =[ I didn't have any back ups because we only went shopping for a week due to vacation. THEN I had every intention of eating lunch....I even packed it. But my work schedule didn't allow for such things. So I munched on a little more cereal. I did have some good dinner. My mom made some yummy organic chili =] So the lady and I both had about a cup and a half of that. I needed the calories and I felt good after eating.

We packed(well, are packing haha...). We took a break and I did 11 minutes on the elliptical =] In my work clothes, haha ugh....

Now I have to finish packing, shower, sleep, and get up at 4 and its 9:30 =[

I lose for time management, I should have packed last night.

My RAOH for the day....

I did NOT want to work out, at all. I had a long hard day at work, I didn't eat so I didn't have any energy, coupled with going to my parents, packing, blahblahblah. The longer I thought about it, the more I knew I would regret it if I didn't do my workout. I sucked it up and got on it for 11 minutes. Hooray!

Alright, I'm done wasting time. Things to do and places to go =]

WTTS!!!! Hot to Trot Cuties!!! Go ladies go!!! We are going to rock it =]
