It's a number game

So, I am kind of a nerd when it comes to charts and algorithms and I have been working on an excel chart that will map my personal caloric need, and daily calorie expenditure to see how well I am doing in any given week. I have finally come up with a formula that is accurate enough that once I figure in the variances I have a weight loss/gain projection that has shown to be 99% accurate.

All I do is plug in my weekly calorie intake and workout calorie deficit according to my average heart rate and the math function in excel does the rest for me. It took a month to get the formula's just right but now, I feel that every decision I make I can check against the math and see whether the choice is really worth the consequence.
