Day 23 - Sweet

Tuesday, December 22, 2009

I went to the gym yesterday (yesssss!!)

I did my first yoga workout in months this morning. Pathetic performance, but I did do it! I will go to the gym again during my lunch break to get in some cardio. I am thinking 20 minutes on the Arc Trainer and 20 min jogging/running.

My hair is a static mess.

Tomorrow is a "rest" day, but I think I am going to do a joint friendly Firm cardio workout and add in some stretching and core work. I will not do a second workout tomorrow and will finish up my XMas errands during my lunch break.
Thursday, I am looking forward to NMTZ - it has been a while since I've done that one. I don't have to work that day, but I have a ton of cooking/baking to do, but I want to add in Tae Bo Elite Fat Blasting Cardio.
Christmas is the first Christmas I am not sleeping at my parents' house! Interesting! I am going to wake up and get in my cardio and floor work and have a nice morning with my husband.
Saturday i have yoga planned and might actually take a 75 min class.
Sunday, I am going to rest, prep food, plan meals, and plan my attack for getting the gut off in January.
Monday - GAME ON!

I am going to weigh in on Sunday and start my weight loss challenge then. Can't wait... yahoo I am also considering switching up my planned 90 day rotation to fit in 2 yogas each week. I may be able to do this in addition to my BB rotation, but at this point, moving more, functional/core strength and flexibility are my priority, rather than getting crazy with the weights. Either way, the past 4 weeks have been a great break-in period getting me back into working out 6 times a week. I like having Sundays as a rest day, and with this rotation it is on all different days, and I am looking to get more into a routine.
