Day 22

I really, really didn't want to go to the gym today because it's cold out and my armpits are sweaty, and I did Tae Bo and core work this AM and my back is kinda sore, and I'm tired...

And then I thought of all the reasons why I should go to the gym... it will get me out of the office, I will burn at least 100 calories, I will listen to good music, I will get closer to my goal, I won't eat lunch until 1:30, I will feel proud if I do go.

So, which option is more appealing?

12/19: REST (DONE)
12/20: S Muscle Max (DONE)
12/21: Cardio (Tae Bo AL 3) (DONE)
12/22: Yoga (Brian Kest)
12/23: REST
12/24: S Jillian Michaels - NMTZ
12/25: C/S Cardio (Turbo Jam Cardio Party) + Gym Style Legs (floor work only)
12/26: Yoga
12/27: REST
