Just not hungry...

I am noticing that on the days that I exercise I am just not very hungry. Today is my relax on exercise day and I compromise by sticking to the lower end of my calorie allowance for the day. I am starving and can't seem to feel full. Yesterday and the day before I did the elliptical for about 80 minutes each day and could barely cram down my lowest calorie intake. It seems a little backwards to me but I am going to use it to my advantage. I have already lost 1.5 lbs this week and I still have two days to go before my official weigh in... I am excited and hopefully this will motivate me into my next 10 pound weight loss goal. Go me!
